today i was trying to get to the jade sea to get a ritual lord staff, and when i got to the gate of unwalking waters the guy said i couldnt go past, but is there any way i can get in there?

Have you completed Befriending the Luxons (Primary Quest) found in Cavalon?

If you want to fully explore the Jade sea, you need to complete several quests which are listed here. ((It does not matter if you are Kurzick or Luxon))
